The meeting point at Skovsgaard is the Café and Farm shop. There they have a passion for ecology and as much as possible is made from scratch from their own raw material.
In the kitchen, they share Skovsgaard's passion for ecology and for making delicious food from the season's local ingredients, which are picked up in the field, in the barn in the woods and on the beach. They go a lot up in the good taste and that it all goes up in a higher unit with the good ingredients, sustainability and the good story.
The food is both simple and complex. One is surprised time and time again that something so simple can have such great taste.
